UniqueCSS is a CSS gallery with a difference:

Every month CSS designers submit their websites for review by a group of judges. These judges select eight finalists to be featured on the uniqueCSS.com homepage.

Users vote on these designs, and at the end of the month, the designer with the highest ranking design wins $25 (awarded through PayPal) and a month’s worth of bragging rights.
