Could you take down the first one? For 2 reasons. 1) It can be found here: http://templates.simnorcomputing.com/demo/rockyfolio/ – it’s a template from themeforest. and 2) Right above the website image on the right side there is obvious extra pixels in FF at least (didnt cross browser check). I know you can’t know what is or isnt a template, but this one is obviously.
